what I’m listening to…

What’s keeping me sane in the seemingly endless build up to spring is the jubilant, psychedelic sounds of Tame Impala. Since the release of their second album, Lonerism, in October last year, I have fallen in love with the Australian five-piece – their neo-psychedelic, indie rock sound has been dubbed by many critics as drawing heavily on the Beatles, and you can see why. The song I’m currently playing on repeat is, however, from their self-titled debut EP released in 2008.

Not only does Half Full Glass of Wine have an almost addictively repetitive riff, but the video is pretty cool too!
